Ewan had another eye test and the optometrist said it would be better to have glasses. Ewan was very keen on the idea (for the moment) and we picked them up tonight. He wore them all night. We discovered that there were going to be rules with the glasses. 1. don't leave them on the lounge, 2. don't leave them on the floor, 3. don't leave them on the arm of the chair, 4. do put them on the tv cabinet, 5. don't leave them with the lens lying on the surface, 6. do put them in their case, 7. don't call the glass case your purse, 8. don't clean the lens with your top, 9. do clean the lens with the proper cloth. So these are just a few rules we made up within 2 hours. Oh the joys.

Ewan has glasses

Look good but too many rules to remember.SM
That's about the same age when I got my first pair.
I remember my rules: "only 2 places your glasses go. EVER. 1)your face, or 2) the night stand beside your clock radio."
It was somewhat helpful but I suggest you buy the cheaper plastic frames and lenses for the next few years.
