How to watch the wiggles
The prime position to watch the Wiggles in our house is our bedroom. Cameron has cottoned on to the idea and was happily positioned in one of the best seats in the house. Luckily baby was allowed to watch aswell.
Ewan has grown, almost overnight
Superhero
Kids just don't care what they look like. I remember going to the shop with Ewan whilst he was wearing his goggles. People stare, who cares. Alicia is very good at putting other peoples clothes on and looking like no one owns her. Saturday was no exception. Look at her, supergirl. And funnily enough she was wearing her Supergirl pjamas. The jocks just added to the disguise.

Broken already
About 3 weeks ago I bought a new cup for Alicia. It had a straw was heaps bigger (meaning less refills) I was happy she was happy. Well it was dropped and broke, see pictures.
Not happy Jan, it is a Tommee Tippee cup so I would have expected much more. I sent them an email but 24 hours later, I have still not received any response. Another dilemma, I can't find this cup anywhere. I have checked 3 stores and to no avail. If it kills me, I shall triumph.

Cockatoos at Nanna's
Kids say the funniest things
This morning Ewan asked me to help him remove a part from his toy and when I did so, I hurt my hand. Obviously I grumbled a bit and Ewans quite sincerely said, "Did you break a nail'? What sort of comment is that. If you knew me, the only time I'm concerned with my nails, is when they get too long to type. I was reliving this story to his Nanna in the car and from the back seat he said, "Stop talking about me." Its proof that they do listen to everything you have to say, good and bad.
Mum and Dad have a new front Garden
Mum and dad have spent a lot of money doing up their front garden and it looks great now. As usual when dealing with contractors nothing goes to plan but they didn't have nearly as much trouble with the landscaper as they did with the fencer. The fencer was a pain in the butt. Typical stuff, over promised and under delivered, it does look good now and is very secure.

Kids like to dress up
The toaster is broken
Our toaster is broken. I'm not sure if Ewan actually broke it but he used it and then when I went to use it, it didn't work. He did supply an alternative.

The study is almost clear
Oh Mr Hart, what a mess. Brad and I cleared out the study today to make way for the new floor Brad is going to lay. Unfortunately we still need 5 packets of timber floor, which we apparently can't get now. The code is different which means the colour is different. We have a couple of places checking it out for us, but it doesn't sound promising. We could have had the study floor laid by the end of this week but probably not now.
Matthew turned 14
Yes, our baby Matthew has turned 14 and looks like he's more than 18. It is true, they do grow up very fast. Especially since I can remember this round face without very much hair, who tripped and fell onto mums carpet whilst carrying red cordial. He wasn't even running, being silly or anything. At least the cordial cleaned up nicely. You always remember these stories when its their birthdays, its tradition.
